Willis Towers Watson Nigeria Limited, formerly Gras Savoye Insurance Brokers Nigeria Limited (RC 867066), is an Insurance Brokerage Firm registered with the National Insurance Commission of Nigeria (NAICOM). We use insights and intelligence gained from our operations and field activities to help businesses identify credible opportunities, increase awareness of their products and drive engagement with customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below
Job Title: Assistant Manager, Business Development
Location
: Lagos
Qualification & Experience
  • The candidate must possess a First Degree or equivalent from a reputable higher Institution.
  • Advanced Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
  • Must possess relevant professional certifications/qualification. Certification in Insurance (ACII/AIIN) would be an added advantage.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 – 7 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
  • Previous experience in successfully growing business in an Insurance Broking Company would be an added advantage.
  • Candidates should possess a good attitude to work, willingness to learn and should be able to express themselves clearly.
Competencies/Personal Attributes:
  • Ability to initiate business ideas that will generate income for the Company.
  • Analytic and decisive with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the Insurance value chain and in particular the Insurance brokerage market.
  • Poise personality.
  • High interpersonal skills, a collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing plan.
  • Must possess a high level of Integrity and ethics.
  • Must be dedicated and desirous to deliver beyond expectation zealously.
  • A thoroughbred professional in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing plan.
  • An effective team leader and good team player.
