Edmark City Development Company Limited (ECDC) is a property management company, and a subsidiary of Edmark Group of Companies, a multi-national company having it presence in 26 countries.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Assistant Event Center Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Possess and utilize effective communication techniques when dealing with customers.
  • Conducts themselves in a professional, business-like manner.
  • Possesses ability to maintain a positive, happy attitude in times of stress and conflict.
  • Maintains professional relationships with clients, associates and vendors, always.
  • Must be available to work weekends and evening when called upon.
  • Supports Venue Manager with onsite core business processes, including sales, maintenance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor relations
  • Oversees events as it pertains to the Venue.
  • Welcomes prospective clients and presents property to clients, utilizing company sales techniques and expectations.
  • Answers incoming phone calls professionally and handles accordingly.
  • Immediate follow thru with client issues, bringing a satisfactory resolution
  • Regular monitoring of prospective clients through follow-up phone calls and emails.
  • 2 Years experience in similar role, must be proactive and has good communication skills.
  • OND/HND/BSc.
