Job Title: Junior Systems Support and Administrator

Job Description

  • Sets up, configures and supports internal networks.
  • Supports and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations.
  • Troubleshoots network performance issues and helps maintain the disaster recovery plan.
  • Recommends upgrades, patches and new applications and equipment.
  • Provides technical support and guidance to users and clients to include 1st point of contact via email and/or telephone.
  • Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.
  • Performs system backups and recovery.
  • Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a business environment.
  • Relies on methodical approaches, instructions and pre-established industry standard guidelines and best practices to perform the functions of the job.


Job Title: Site Support Administrator
Location
: Edo

Job Description
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting as directed by line manager.
  • Maintain Employee attendance and work hours
  • Manage staff engaged for cleaning of the office and residential.
  • Taking minutes for meetings when/where requested
  • Liaising with relevant individuals, external organizations etc. to arrange meetings, prepare agendas
  • Maintaining a comprehensive filing system for the project
  • Preparation, submission and tracking expense claims
  • Preparing payment / petty cash vouchers for line manager’s approval.
  • Payment of petty cash transactions and updating petty cash tracker
  • Weekly reconciliation of petty cash count and report
  • Monthly reconciliation of all project sites petty cash reports for approval before re-imbursements.
  • Undertaking any other duties as requested by your line manager.
  • Supervising support staff such as office helpers/cleaners/ light vehicle drivers.
  • Primary point of contact with support staff from Lagos Office.
