Job Title: Retail Showroom Manager
Locations: North (Sokoto, Makurdi-Benue, Borno & Bauchi)
Job Summary
  • Implement and Monitor Service Delivery strategy in assigned showroom to ensure that Customer base within this territory enjoy remarkable positive in-store experience at all contacts with complete query resolution.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good analytic, report writing and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Good knowledge of customer administrative systems – REMEDY, TABS, MINSAT, EXCEL etc.

Job Title: Manager, Regulatory Compliance
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
  • To interface with the Telecom Regulator and other relevant Regulatory Authorities for the purpose of ensuring the continuity of its licensed endeavours and operations;
  • To secure a regulatory framework that supports the business case;
  • To manage risks and opportunities arising from the regulatory environment for the benefit of the company.
Requirements
  • Good degree in Law, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Masters in Business Administration or a higher degree in any of the above disciplines would be preferred additional qualification.
  • 6years of varied experience in law, engineering, computer science or economics
  • 4 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications field
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of Regulatory compliance environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Nigerian telecom, business environment.
  • Previous employment with Nigerian Communications Commission would be an added advantage.

Job Title: Process Auditor
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
  •  To support compliance to defined, policies, processes and procedures rolled out, provide opinion on process/policy alignment with best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
  • The role holder will lead the effective roll-out and governance of policy and processes for assigned functions, enable, monitor and support closure of audit observations.
  • Provide feedback on robustness of controls periodically and executing internal audit reviews.
Requirements
