We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Daily coordination with plant managers on supply
- Daily coordination with RSMs on demand
- Creation and generation of reports
- Updating of pricing masters / SAP management / ATL generation
- Partnering with Sales on ATL and credit management
- Demand planning (working with sales teams to predict demand and converting it into demand forecasts)
- Supply planning (converting demand into production splits by plant)
- Follow up of supply planning.
- ATL management (Daily allocation of ATLs by plant / warehouse)
- Partnering with accounts on dealer payments, credit systems and monthly provisioning
Qualifications and Key Result Areas
- Minimum planning experience of 12 – 15 years. (Trade marketing experience is a plus. Field sales experience is compulsory)
- Clear communication and outgoing (will need to be dynamic and liaise with all sales and accounts people without being pushed too much)
- Self – starter
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong inter-personal skills (should be able to work well with sales, marketing, supply chain and accounts / finance team)
