 Job Title: Manager, Customer Experience Design & Implementation

Location: Nigeria
Job Description  
  • Manage overall development and implementation of Customer experience strategy and Review international customer service trends to provide intelligence
  • Developing approaches to enhance products, services and overall customer experience Development of frameworks and key metrics for defining and analyzing customer relationship and experience with a view of attaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 10
  • Develop required project management documentation and reporting for EXCOM on progress of Must Win Battle implementation Monitor and track completion rates of the Customer Experience Must-win-Battles and enabling activities
  • Provide input to the design of relevant initiatives and facilitate development of accountability action plans, establishing the approaches and implementation of research to understand customer loyalty and return on investment (ROI)
  • Provide project management technical input, to foster collaboration and accountability in the drive to deliver a distinct customer experience that promotes, enhances and sustains long term positive customer patronage and advocacy
  • Drive planned strategy for the successful delivery of MTN Group and MTNN transformation initiatives focusing on Customer centricity, including Perfect 10 Project.
  • Support the identification and resolution of customer issues; achieving milestones; committing and managing appropriate resources; maintaining forward momentum and achieving desired outcomes
  • Liaise with Senior Management in MTNN  to ensure effective integration and cross-functional collaboration across all functions responsible for driving the Customer Experience agenda

Experience & Training
Experience:
  • 6 – 13 years’ work experience which includes:
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialisation; with experience in  supervising/managing others
  • Customer service orientation
  • Experience in Mining Enterprise Data Warehouse management
  • Experience working in a medium to large organization
  • Extensive Project management experience with experience in delivering technology-related solutions
Training:
  • Network functionality/ Integration
  • Product development
Minimum qualification
  • BSc, BA or HND




Job Title: Coordinator, Project (Health)
Location: Lagos
Employment Status: Permanent
Job Description
  • Coordinate and monitor all MTNF health projects and interventions in various states of nigeria.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders at different levels of society, business, government departments and NGO’s
  • Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
  • Coordinate all health project implementation processes
  • Work with implementing partners and consultants to draft the project implementation schedules.
  • Prepare board submission papers and reports (project proposals and agreement) with implementing partners.

Requirements, Experience & Training
Education:
  • First  degree in any relevant discipline
Experience:
  • Experience  in development and health related project management
  • Experience in project mangement
  • Experience in stakeholder and vendor mangement

  • Experience working in a medium  organization
Minimum Qualification
  • BSc, HND or BA.




Job Title: Engineer, Application Support
Location: Nigeria
Job Description 
  • Must ensure customer experience of the services offered on the different platforms within expected Service Levels.
  • Work with teams and departments external to the immediate team e.g. solution delivery, business users, infrastructure teams, vendors and other developers, to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
  • Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
  • Ensure business growth, value created & cost-effectiveness achieved by process optimization, new initiatives and improved operations/ways of work etc
  • Assist in developing maintenance plans per application and carry out the maintenance of applications, re-configuring, building and testing components in accordance with OLAs and SLAs.
  • Perform reconciliations, proactive monitoring and ensure adequate service controls are in place.

Requirements, Experience & Training
  • Experience in Unix System Administration and scripting
  • Experience in Digital Service platforms and Application Programming Interface(API)
  • 3 years experience in Application Support.
  • 3 – 7 years of experience in an area of specialisation; with experience with working with others
  • Experience working in a medium  organization
Minimum qualification
  • B.Sc, B.Eng, HND or MTech.
